Dr. Neff completed a medical internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics in Miami, Florida. He went on to complete a fellowship in cardiology at Miami Veterans Administration Hospital.
Dr. Neff held positions as a Voluntary Associate Professor of Medicine and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Miami School of Medicine, and as the chairman of the Heart Failure Committee at South Miami Hospital.
He maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Physicians, Florida Medical Association, and the Dade County Medical Association.
